COURSE CONTENT
The program combines knowledge sharing, hands-on practice, and body care experiences, centered around the following topics:
1. General health assessment and consultation, identifying common issues related to body aches, circulation, and overall constitution
2. Introduction to basic principles of natural health care, tailored to the physical characteristics of the Vietnamese body
3. Guidance on body care and prevention of common seasonal issues, especially during the autumn and winter months
4. Experience and practice of therapeutic massage for the neck and shoulders, back and legs, supporting relief from pain and tension
5. Respiratory care through traditional methods such as herbal steam therapy, supportive massage, and relaxation techniques
6. Digestive health care through gentle abdominal massage and guidance on suitable daily habits
7. Approaches to proactive health care, maintaining physical balance, and preventing illness during seasonal changes
In addition, the program introduces several easy-to-find herbs commonly used in daily life, along with simple ways to apply them for at-home health care.

ACCOMMODATION & DAILY ARRANGEMENTS
Accommodation: Thien Tam Y provides a simple, clean, and quiet resting space, including mattresses, blankets, pillows, and mosquito nets. Shower and restroom facilities are conveniently arranged and supplied with naturally sourced bathing products. (Please note: we kindly ask guests to limit the use of strong-scented chemical products during the stay.)
Meals: The program provides three meals per day. Menus are designed with balanced nutrition in mind, suited to the season, and prioritize fresh local ingredients. Herbal teas are also included to support gentle digestion and overall well-being.
