COURSE CONTENT
*The entire course includes theory and practice revolving around the following topics:
1. Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor Lan Phuong's health examination and consultation – according to the Four Diagnostic Methods and Sensory Diagnosis.
2. Basic concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine
3. Care and prevention of common diseases in autumn and winter
4. Bone and joint care using massage and acupressure.
5. Respiratory system care using Traditional Chinese Medicine methods: Gua Sha (scraping), steaming, massage and acupressure, and breathing exercises.
6. Digestive system care using abdominal massage and acupoints.
7. Proactive health care in autumn, disease prevention in winter.
In addition, Doctor Lan Phuong will introduce easily found and grown medicinal plants around us and how to use them.

LIVING CONDITIONS
▸ Accommodation: Lá provides basic accommodation (including mattress, blanket, pillow, and mosquito net) in a stilt house at Lá. A bathroom with toiletries, organic toothpaste is available (*Note: all chemicals are prohibited at Lá.*) and a toilet and shower are located nearby.
▸ Meals: Lá provides 3 meals a day. The food in the course is selected and menued according to the principles of a balanced nutrition pyramid, featuring healthy foods in the autumn season; locally available, combined with traditional Chinese herbal teas to enhance the effectiveness of proactive health care for you and your loved ones.
